Who operates this app
MiniFam is an Otomeet product operated by TurqApp. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].
Data we process
An anonymous account identifier; two user-selected adult portraits; consent records; generation and album metadata; generated fictional family images; rewarded-ad claims; support communications; and security or App Check signals. MiniFam does not request or collect device location.
Portrait and AI processing
Portraits are normalized and checked on the device, uploaded to private owner-scoped Firebase Storage, and provided to Google Cloud Vertex AI and Gemini image generation only to create the requested fictional family album. Portraits and generated images are not sent to advertising services.
Face data
MiniFam processes the visible face area in the two portraits. On-device face detection may temporarily calculate a face bounding rectangle and head-angle values in memory solely to crop and validate a portrait; those measurements are not uploaded or retained. MiniFam does not create or store faceprints, facial embeddings, biometric templates, identity matches, authentication profiles, or sensitive-trait inferences. Otomeet does not sell face data or use it to train models. The portraits are disclosed only to Google Firebase and Google Cloud Vertex AI/Gemini as necessary to store inputs securely and generate the requested image.
Why we process data
We process data to authenticate access, provide the requested AI experience, deliver and save private results, prevent abuse, verify rewards or purchases where applicable, maintain security, and respond to support or deletion requests. We do not use portraits to identify people, build biometric profiles, infer sensitive traits, or search for real-world matches.
Service providers
Core services include Google Firebase (anonymous authentication, App Check, Firestore, Storage and Cloud Functions), Google Cloud Vertex AI and Gemini image generation, Google AdMob/UMP, and device operating-system photo-selection services.
Advertising and consent
The app may offer Google AdMob rewarded ads. Where required, Google’s consent flow is shown before an ad request. Ad services may process device, advertising, interaction, approximate location derived from network information, and consent information under their own terms. Portraits and generated images are not sent to advertising services.
Retention
In normal processing, uploaded source portraits and temporary inputs are deleted immediately after generation succeeds or fails. A storage lifecycle rule removes orphaned inputs within approximately 24 hours if processing is interrupted. Completed private album results and necessary job metadata remain until the user deletes the account or submits a deletion request.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal data. Data is disclosed only to service providers needed to operate the app, when the user asks us to share or export a result, or when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of rights.
Your choices and deletion
MiniFam creates an anonymous Firebase account and includes an in-app Delete Account action in settings. You may also use the external deletion instructions at https://otomeet.com/minifam/delete-account or contact [email protected]. Where legally applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent.
Children and sensitive use
MiniFam is not directed to children under 13 and must not be used to upload a child’s portrait without lawful parental or guardian authority. AI results are entertainment content, not medical, forensic, genetic, identity, or guaranteed future predictions.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, owner-scoped storage, encrypted transport, Firebase App Check where configured, and limited backend permissions. No system is completely secure. Service providers may process data in countries other than yours subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.
Policy updates
Effective: 10 August 2026. We may update this notice when features, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, in the app.
