Delete your HomeTwin data.
Use the in-app option when available, or send a verified deletion request from this page. Deletion is permanent.

Use Settings → Delete My Data to permanently remove private room results and associated server data. If that option is unavailable, use the verified email route below.
Request deletion on the web
Email [email protected] with the subject “HomeTwin Account Deletion Request”. State the app name and the sign-in email or support/account identifier available to you. Never attach a portrait, identity document, password, or payment card information.

After verification, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the app account or anonymous Firebase identifier, generation jobs, uploaded source portraits, generated results stored for that account, consent records, and app-specific profile data, except records that must be retained for fraud prevention, transaction integrity, security, tax, or other legal obligations.
Timing
We acknowledge verified requests and aim to complete deletion within 30 days. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until normal backup rotation completes and are not used for ordinary product purposes.

Web üzerinden silme talebi
“HomeTwin Hesap Silme Talebi” konusuyla [email protected] adresine e-posta gönderin. Uygulama adını ve erişebildiğiniz giriş e-postasını veya destek/hesap kimliğini belirtin. Portre, kimlik belgesi, parola veya ödeme kartı bilgisi eklemeyin.

Doğrulamadan sonra uygulama hesabı veya anonim Firebase kimliği, üretim işleri, yüklenen kaynak portreler, hesap için saklanan üretilmiş sonuçlar, onay kayıtları ve uygulamaya özel profil verileri silinir veya geri döndürülemez biçimde anonimleştirilir. Dolandırıcılık önleme, işlem bütünlüğü, güvenlik, vergi veya diğer yasal yükümlülükler için tutulması gereken kayıtlar istisnadır.
Süre
Doğrulanmış talepleri aldığımızı bildirir ve silme işlemini 30 gün içinde tamamlamayı hedefleriz. Yedek kopyalar normal yedek döngüsü tamamlanana kadar sınırlı süre kalabilir ve olağan ürün amaçlarıyla kullanılmaz.
